LAHORE: NOVEMBER 16, 2015: Students from Ghani Grammar School attended the 7th Lahore International Children’s Film Festival (LICFF) at Alhamra Arts Council on Monday where they experienced global cinema and enjoyed a day full of fun and learning.
On this exciting day out, students watched some fascinating films that were made by young people from around the globe. The kids loved watching these films and were hugely inspired by the engrossing stories.
It was a refreshing break and a fulfilling experience for students. They were not only entertained but were also exposed to diverse ideas, cultures and issues which they later discussed with their friends and classmates. The screening was an effective way to teach values to students and to nurture their creative streak.
The 7th Lahore International Children’s Festival is one of the largest children’s film festivals in Pakistan organised by the Little Art to entertain and inspire students, while promoting creativity and arts in the country.
It is to be noted that The Ghani Grammar School is a charity school run by the Ghani Welfare Foundation, which is a non-profitable organisation providing free education to socially and economically disadvantaged students in Lahore.
